About Me
Hey! I am Nivan, a 17-year-old developer passionate about Artificial Intelligence, computer science, and astronomy. I am looking to use technology to help solve problems in the world.

In 2021, I started a high school robotics team called Spartans, which competes in the FIRST Tech Challenge competition. I am currently the team's co-captain and software lead. Additionally, I founded a nonprofit called Lemonaid (August 2020), a platform that connects high schoolers with volunteering and job opportunities. I have also collaborated with and created project proposals for companies, including Kidogo, Techstars, and the United Nations. I have also completed internships at Dock Health and ReARK.

I am also very involved in content creation by writing articles, filming videos, and hosting podcasts about various emerging technologies. I have five years of coding experience in Python, Java, and Swift, creating multiple projects using AI, such as a smile detector and a chatbot.

TKS
September 2019 - June 2021
I joined The Knowledge Society or TKS. It has been a life-changer for me because I have learned about new technologies and how to improve myself. I have learned how to get better at time management, presenting, and being more confident. I also learned about AI, which sparked an interest in me.
Lemonaid
July 2020 - Current
I am the co-founded and CTO of Lemonaid which is a company that provides students with volunteering / job opportunities. Lemonaid also helps business get qualified volunteers / interns to complete a job / task.
